Job DescriptionAtlas Advisors, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of contracted armed security services in Geilenkirchen, Germany. The Project Manager will serve as the primary company representative and single point of contact for all contract-related activities, ensuring uninterrupted security operations, effective personnel management, compliance with contractual requirements, and successful execution of the project. The successful candidate will provide leadership for a 24/7 security workforce supporting access control, gate operations, vehicle inspections, and administrative patrol functions while maintaining close coordination with multinational representatives and project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary company representative and single point of contact for all contract-related matters.
- Manage all aspects of contract performance, including personnel, scheduling, operational oversight, quality management, reporting, and customer engagement.
- Provide leadership and supervision to site management, supervisors, and quality management personnel.
- Ensure uninterrupted contract performance through effective workforce planning, scheduling, and contingency staffing.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, host nation regulations, site procedures, and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Plan, including staffing plans, duty rosters, risk management, quality management, and continuity planning.
- Coordinate personnel assignments and resource allocation to support 24/7 security operations.
- Maintain regular communication with multinational representatives and company leadership regarding contract performance and operational issues.
- Oversee operational support for access control, gate operations, vehicle inspection activities, and administrative patrol functions.
- Monitor contract performance, identify operational risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure timely submission of required reports, project documentation, and contractual deliverables.
- Support inspections, audits, quality reviews, and customer assessments.
- Respond to operational issues and customer requirements outside normal business hours as mission requirements dictate.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience managing security, force protection, military, law enforcement, or government service contracts.
- Demonstrated experience managing 24/7 operations involving multiple shifts and geographically dispersed personnel.
- Experience serving as the primary customer interface on complex government or defense contracts.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing project plans, staffing plans, risk management plans, and operational reporting.
- Experience supervising management personnel and large operational workforces.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to travel throughout Germany and other customer-designated locations as required.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Previous experience supporting Government or multinational security operations.
- Experience managing armed security, installation access control, physical security, or force protection programs.
- Experience managing operations at military installations or secure government facilities.
- Military service as an officer, warrant officer, senior noncommissioned officer, senior law enforcement official, or civilian program manager.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

Work Location and Environment
This position is based in Germany. Periodic travel to customer locations may be required.
