A well-established privately owned small animal hospital is hiring a full-time (32-40 hours) or part-time associate veterinarian.
Our facility is well equipped with electronic records system, digital radiography, endoscope, tonopen, therapeutic laser unit, new color ultrasound machine and wide range of dental equipment & digital radiography as well.
Our Medical Director and Senior Associates are willing to work with associates and assist with cases throughout the day. Our doctors, as a group decide what is in our pharmacy and on our shelves for treatments. They have an input into support staff training and skill requirements as well as input into the operational flow to maximize patient care.
In order to be able to offer our clients the best in alternative treatments, we also have a certified acupuncturist.
We foster a fun, friendly work environment, in which the staff members of all departments work together well and treat each other with respect. Our staff members truly care about the pets they treat. We take an active roll in our community and provide charitable care for our federal and law enforcement canines in retirement through Paws of Honor.
Our practice is fortunate to have a loyal clientele willing to pursue complete work-ups, and the support of nearby specialists. As well as our current veterinary staff that encourages a team driven approach to cases. Our LVT and experienced nursing staff excel in assisting our veterinarians throughout appointments, surgeries, and client communication such as estimates/patient updates at the doctor requests.
Our on-site management team is always available to assist when needed.
Our facility is open weekdays 7 to 7, and 8 to 4 on Saturdays, and our medical floor is closed to the public on Sundays.
