- Police Community Relations Liaison
Description
City of Danville is seeking a Police Department is seeking a Community Relations Liaison to lead and coordinate programs that strengthen relationships between the department and all segments of the community. This role develops and implements outreach strategies, organizes resources for community initiatives, and serves as the primary link between the department, community members, and organizations. A key focus will be fostering trust and transparency between the police department and all residents and stakeholders, ensuring respectful engagement and meaningful dialogue. This position offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact by promoting collaboration, equity, and understanding across Danville. Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in related field. This position is a civilian position. Starting Salary Range: $56,110 - %98,193/annually DOQ.
