Mobile Crisis Clinician Opportunity in Newport, New Hampshire
Make a meaningful impact as a Mobile Crisis Clinician with a pioneering community-based outreach team in New Hampshire. This position is ideal for clinicians passionate about rapid-response behavioral health and working directly within the community. This full-time role offers second-shift hours and the opportunity to collaborate closely with EMS, law enforcement, and other first responders.
Who We Are
- You’ll join a mobile, two-person crisis response team with telehealth integration
- Evaluate, stabilize, and manage behavioral health crises in real-time across the community
- Serve individuals aged 5+ with conditions ranging from suicidal ideation to co-occurring disorders
- Partner with hospitals, EMS, and law enforcement to ensure safe and appropriate interventions
Your Schedule
- Full-time position with second shift hours: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Rapid-response model with calls handled via On-site, telehealth, or phone
- Includes follow-up stabilization for continuity of care
- Weekend and holiday coverage may be required on a rotating basis
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary for unlicensed and licensed clinicians
- $10,000 relocation bonus (may be used as sign-on)
- Up to 20 days PTO annually, with increasing accrual over tenure
- PTO may be applied toward vacation or CME activities
What You'll Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required
- Currently enrolled Master’s candidates with relevant experience will be considered
- 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
- DBHRT (Disaster Behavioral Health Response Training) is a plus
