Overview
IDC is seeking a skilled and execution-focused Senior Field Marketing Specialist to support our North America Field Marketing & ABM team. In this role, you will partner closely with our Field & ABM Campaign Manager and sales stakeholders to build and execute account-based and field marketing campaigns that drive engagement, accelerate pipeline, and support regional growth. You will play a hands-on role in developing, activating, and optimizing integrated campaigns across digital channels, events, and within the 6sense platform for segmentation, workflow execution, and performance insights.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute ABM and field marketing programs aligned to commercial and business goals.
- Launch digital and multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, email, chat, events, and content.
- Collaborate closely with digital, marketing operations, creative, and performance marketing teams to align campaign strategy, audience targeting, and execution across channels.
- Use 6sense, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools to activate programs and measure performance.
- Report on engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI; recommend optimizations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and evolving ABM techniques to enhance IDC's marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- 35 years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or ABM.
- Experience executing integrated digital campaigns.
- Hands on experience with 6sense required.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms preferred.
- Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and act on insights.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage campaigns independently.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $70,000 - $90,000 and is inclusive of base salary and commission.
