Description
Coordinate all functions of the Enforcement Grant Programs including creating, maintaining and updating each enforcement database. Generate and provide UCM Subaward Agreements to participating Law Enforcement Agencies. Ensures all grant/contract protocols are adhered to at all times according to the Missouri Department of Transportation (MODOT) Highway Safety and Traffic Division guidelines. Efficiently and effectively process, organize and copy reimbursement documentation for participating Law Enforcement Agencies. Monitor fiscal budget limitations for participating Law Enforcement Agencies.
Examples of Duties
Coordinate all functions of the Enforcement Grant Programs. - 95%
- Develops, creates, maintains and updates extensive enforcement databases to include - MODOT
- Grant Subaward amounts for designated law enforcement agencies.
- Monitors grant budgets and fiscal budget limitations for participating law enforcement agencies.
- Generates and provides UCM S ubaward Agreements to designated law enforcement agencies.
- Ensures all grant/contract protocols are adhered to by the designated law enforcement agencies.
- Ensures that all participating law enforcement agencies reimbursement documentation is processed and is in compliance with MODOT - Highway Safety and Traffic Division guidelines.
- Coordinates and maintains rapport with designated law enforcement agencies, MODOT - Highway Safety and Traffic Division personnel, external and internal auditors.
- Responds to specific requests, provides information and various reports to designated law enforcement agencies, MODOT - Highway Safety and Traffic Division personnel, external and internal auditors.
- Ensure that enforcement statistics and data are gathered to create various reports for program evaluation and public awareness.
- Represents the Missouri Safety Center in meetings/committees as and when required.
Assist the Assistant Director - Research. - 5%
- Provide a variety of support functions for other training and grant related projects
- Survey projects
- Assisting with conference logistics as needed
- Produce reports and programming material when needed
Typical Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Education/Experience substitution.
Experience:
- T wo (2) years experience program coordination (administrative), preferred.
- Two (2) years experience administrative assistant, required.
